Cody Gibson and Ulysses Gomez meet in the co-feature with the vacant bantamweight title up for grabs.
Ortiz, who recently competed for organizations such as Strikeforce and Gameness Fight Series, suffered his first career loss in May, when he dropped a decision to McCall at TPF 9. Prior to that, the Tennessean won all seven of his pro fights via stoppage (four straight first-round submissions and then three straight knockouts).
Rave, who’s competed with organizations such as M-1 Challenge and EliteXC, is on a 3-1 run since an April 2010 loss to now-Bellator bantamweight champion Zach Makovsky. Twelve of the Nebraskan’s 18 wins have come via stoppage
